Fairouz El Hamdaoui

Fairouz El Hamdaoui is the President of Idmaj Association and a founding member.  Fairouz has more than 15 years of experience in designing exchange programs to promote intercultural dialogue and cultural understanding among youth.  Fairouz is an expert in civil society and NGO’s work in Morocco.  She has delivered several sessions, courses and trainings in favor of university and high school students from various countries in Morocco on different themes namely volunteerism, internships and social entrepreneurship.  Moreover, Fairouz has conducted several trainings for youth in the Arab world and Europe through the UNV and Salto Euromed Programs. Furthermore, Fairouz has attended several international conferences in the US, Europe, Latin American and the Arab world on different themes related to youth travel, volunteerism, and cross cultural education.
