Join us in Morocco

Idmaj along with its international partners hosts various high school students for an academic school year in Morocco from different parts of the world. Students study Standard Arabic, Moroccan Dialect(Darija) and French, learn more about the local culture, live with a Moroccan host family and study in a private Moroccan school for an academic year.

Short Term High School Study Abroad Programs

Idmaj organizes different short study abroad programs for high schools coming from different parts of the world, mainly the US, Canada, Asia and Europe to Morocco. The programs include orientation sessions, homestays, experiential sessions, study visits, service learning projects, and cultural excursions.

Idmaj manages several faculty-led programs in Morocco in partnership with various prestigious universities worldwide for short and long program periods. Programs include language classes, homestay experience, cultural trips and thematic sessions and courses.

Idmaj offers different internship placements starting from 4 weeks up to 12 weeks in Morocco with enriching placements namely Education, Women Empowerment, Youth, Human Rights, and Social Entrepreneurship etc. The program includes orientation, homestay with a Moroccan family, optional language classes in Standard Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija), or French. In addition to weekly debriefings and constant follow up with Idmaj staff members.
