Idmaj is pleased to be part of the Online Civil Society Community of Practice (CoP), launched by the Gender Unit of the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT). This global initiative brings together civil society organizations working on gender equality, women’s empowerment, and the prevention and countering of terrorism and violent extremism. The Community aims to strengthen collaboration, exchange knowledge and expertise, and promote inclusive, gender-responsive approaches to counter-terrorism policies and programs. Through this initiative, Idmaj reaffirms its commitment to gender equality, human rights, and meaningful civil society participation in building safer, more inclusive, and resilient communities.
